Slow Vinyasa Flow, Level 1 - Mondays 12:15 - 1PM
Good choice for beginners. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow flow allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward. Slow Vinyasa Yoga is a therapeutic dance of moving meditation  

Vinyasa Flow, Level 1- 2 - Wednesdays 9:45AM - 10:45AM

Good choice for beginners.  Level 1 is a slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class.  Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice.  Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. 

Vinyasa All Levels - Thursdays 7:15PM - 8:15PM

Suitable for all levelsbut those new to yoga should start with Vinyasa Level 1.  As you mindfully integrate movement and breath, this Vinyasa class is aimed at the seasoned beginner who has Level 1 experience and intermediate practitioners who are ready to expand their yoga practice.  These classes begin to encourage practitioners to explore getting upside-down and may incorporate some arm balances and deeper backbends. We recommend that students seeking to take these classes feel confident, safe, and strong throughout classic sun salutations. 

Our Instructor's will walk you through each sequence, and are available to talk to you before and after class to help transition you into the right program at STBB.  Your first session is always FREE.  Once you take your first free session at STBB, you will get an additional TWO FREE sessions to use within the week.
